Audience: New employees at Vulcano Remodeling LLC

Challenge

New employees need to download the QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets) app, create an account and password, and login their time with client/project name and service items. The current process takes 20-45 minutes due to them not knowing their email address nor understanding how to create a secure password that meets QuickBooks Time requirements. In addition, they either have to come to the home office which can be an hour away from the job site or work with me over the phone, and there is generally a language barrier involved.

Solution

I'm in the process of creating a mini-course with Storyline 360 where they can practice creating secure account passwords and login to QuickBooks Time.
